Show some love to your mind and body with Qigong, an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines meditation, controlled breathing, and gentle movement. Qigong will be offered every Thursday starting at 6:30pm for a 45 minute session. Qigong is a great way to calm your mind, flush your body of stress and bring balance to life. Registration is not required and door payments are also excepted.
